What's up next...
Our Third Annual "Autism Initiative" new works night!
January 28th at 7pm
at 5c Cafe and Cultural Center (68 Avennue C, NY, NY)
This is a night of new works to benefit our upcoming season, specifically our educational outreach program which we provide at no cost to schools in NY serving students with Autism. What many people don’t realize is that 40 percent of people with Autism are non-verbal! So... for this year’s theme, we want to explore the importance of language in our lives and what role it plays in theater.
this year, we are thrilled to present the following new pieces:
Third Person Limited by Kat Funkhouser
Directed by Pete Boisvert
Chalk by Greg Romero
Directed by Olivia Harris
Green Sound by John Patrick Bray
Directed by Marielle Duke
Dirt Seed by Ira Gamerman
Directed by Michael Buffer
and Olive Branch by Isaac Rathbone
directed by Mollie Lief
There is a suggested donation of $15 for tickets and can be reserved by emailing rsvpadaptive@gmail.com or bought at the door.
Hope to see you there!
